Who are we? Fire Dawgs Junk Removal is a residential and commercial junk removal company local to Indianapolis and the Surrounding Areas. Our company is Owned and Operated by Firefighters, Veterans and Service Members. Since our inception in 2012, we have been featured as an Angie’s List Best Contractor, named a Super Service Award Winner for every year we have been in business and we were also named Best in Class by F.C. Tucker Home Services in 2012 and 2013. More recently, we were named a top work place by Indy Star for 2022 and 2023. Additionally, Fire Dawgs ranked No.54 on the Inc 5000 list for the fastest growing companies in the Midwest! But how did Fire Dawgs build itself into a widely reputable company?
Fire Dawgs’ Guiding Principle, Mission Statement, And Core Values
We have earned our solid reputation by placing an emphasis on customer service. We do this by following our guiding principle:
“Treat Every Customer The Way You Would Want Your Family To Be Treated.”
This is the principle we refer to in regards to how we run our operation and how we handle each and every interaction with our customers. Before any decision is made, we make sure we are doing what is best for our customers.
But in order to put an emphasis on customers, we need foster an environment to allow the pursuit of personal growth and the internal systems and processes to develop a team a leaders to lead our team members both in the office and out in the field with our customers. We do this by establishing a company wide mission statement to:

This mission statement reminds our admin and operation leaders of the ever unfinished goal of developing the team members into leaders, so that they may go out into the field and lead their fellow man — whether that be at Fire Dawgs or in their other pursuits.
Additionally, While in the Air Force, our CEO Bennett Grove II learned the core values: “Integrity First. Service Before Self. Excellence in All We Do.” We have carried those values over into our business practices under F.I.R.E.

In addition to residential and commercial junk removal services, Fire Dawgs Junk Removal also provides demolition, cleanouts, and remediation and restoration. We try to continue separating ourselves from a typical junk removal company by placing an emphasis on eco-friendly junk removal practices. We do this by recycling, reusing, or donating as many items as possible before ever taking those items to a transfer station or landfill.
By doing so, we are able to recycle, reuse or donate over 60% of the items we are hired to remove and haul away. When able to donate certain items on behalf of our customers, we will send the tax deductible receipt back to the customer so they get credit for the donations. But how does Fire Dawgs Price our services?
Junk Removal Pricing
Our pricing varies depending on the amount and size items being removed as well as the complexity of the work involved. However, our pricing includes all of our labor to remove the items regardless of where they are located at on the property. It also includes all associated fuel fees, disposal fees and recycling fees making us an efficient alternative when needing muscle to remove the items and a disposal solution to have them hauled away.
But how do we determine how much we need for your job? By providing you with a free, in-person estimate! Our estimating process is also very convenient. If the customer agrees to the price, then we get to work right away and will sweep up upon completion of the work; thereby leaving the space better than when we found it. If customers do not agree to the price, then we shake hands and go on our way!
