Founded by a military firefighter and veteran, Fire Dawgs Junk Removal is a full service junk hauling company located in Indianapolis, IN. Our junk removal company was founded by Bennett Grove in 2011. What started out as Bennett doing small junk removal jobs part time on his days off from the Fire Department has grown into a full-time, professional junk pickup company. Our residential and commercial junk removal and selective demolition services include household clutter removal, hot tub removal, appliance removal and recycling, property cleanouts, demolition services, tear outs and property preservation. Bennett J. Grove II – Chief Executive Officer
Brief Bio: Founder, Owner and CEO, Bennett started Fire Dawgs in 2011 on his days off shift from the fire department. After serving as a full time firefighter for 12 years, Bennett is now full time in Fire Dawgs. Additionally, Bennett is a Veteran of the United States Air Force having served 6 years on Active Duty and in the Reserves. Bennett and the Fire Dawgs team have grown what started with a simple junk removal service, one truck and a couple of friends into two growing companies: Fire Dawgs Junk Removal and Fire Dawgs Cleaning Services. With 15 full time team members, 4 junk trucks and 3 cleaning services vans, we look to start out and end each day #DawgTough and ensure that every team member treats our customers the way that we would want our family to be treated.
Miranda Grove – Director of Marketing
Brief Bio: Happy Wife, Happy Life! Miranda isn’t the type to sit on the sidelines and root for the team, she likes to get involved. Bennett knew better than to get in the way once her mind was made up so Miranda’s journey as the Director of Marketing was born. With a Master’s degree in English, and after just having her first child, Miranda was wanting to leave her career as an English teacher but still wanting to remain active and engaged with her skill set. Marketing was a natural fit and Miranda never looked back. For over the last three years, Miranda has been involved with all of our key marketing decisions for Fire Dawgs and will continue to be an asset to Fire Dawgs for the foreseeable future.
Nick Smith – Customer Service Manager
Brief Bio: With over 15 years of experience in customer service, 9 of them as the Manager of a Hotel, Nick knows how to keep his clients and customers happy. More importantly, Nick understands our motto of “Treat every customer the way you would want your family to be treated.” With an amazing track record of customer satisfaction, Nick is here to lead our team in customer engagement, but also ensure that the first interaction they have with our company, whether it is an email or phone call, is positive and up beat from the beginning to the post service follow up.
John Byers – Operations Manager
Brief Bio: If you’ve used Fire Dawgs for any of our services, then it’s very likely that you’ve met or have worked with Big John Byers. John is the Rock of our operations team and has been with Fire Dawgs since 2012. A service member in the United States Army National Guard, John understands both military and civilian leadership, and it shows each and every day. If you need a hard worker, or someone with an upbeat attitude to get through a tough situation, then you want Big John Byers on your team!
Ricky Osinski – Operations Manager
Brief Bio: Calls Indianapolis home, but still has a lot of Chicago in his swagger, Ricky O. is our Operations Manager for Fire Dawgs Cleaning Services. With over 15 years of experience in Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Gutter Cleaning, Ricky brings a lot of seasoned grit to our team. Over the last two years, he has been training and is now training team members on Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning as well. We couldn’t have a better person leading the charge with Fire Dawgs Cleaning Services!
Josh Dougherty – Lead Technician for Window Cleaning
Brief Bio: Josh “Bird” Dougherty joined Fire Dawgs in our first year of business. Josh is a member of the Army National Guard and has worked for our team over a period of four years. He has grown up with our company both as a person and as a leader and we couldn’t be more proud of his growth and abilities as a Lead Technician for all of the Cleaning Services.
