Purpose: We are Growing! Fire Dawgs, Inc. is seeking a motivated and capable team member that is looking to build and grow their career as an Outside Sales Representative with our company. Fire Dawgs, Inc. dba Fire Dawgs Junk Removal & Fire Dawgs Cleaning Services, is a growing services company in Indianapolis and the Surrounding Areas.

Founded in 2011 by Firefighters & Veterans, our flagship division, Fire Dawgs Junk Removal, provides cleanouts, tear downs, selective demo, charitable donations and much more. We have won the Super Service Award every year in business, have been named F.C. Tucker Home Services Best in Class for 4 years and have been named a company. In 2014, we started what is now Fire Dawgs Cleaning Services. With this team, we provide carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and power washing. We have also won the Super Service Award with this division every year in business, most recently in 6 categories, and have also been named a company with our cleaning division as well as our junk removal division.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue to the business by forming mutually beneficial relationships with good clients that are looking for strong partnerships
  • Attend networking events and networking groups to represent our services and business
  • Stop in at prospective business and properties that would be a good partner and provide information on our services, as well as asking for the opportunity to present our services to the group if applicable
  • Present and represent our company at real estate events/breakfasts/luncheons where you will do some public speaking in front a group of agents while providing marketing materials and paying for lunch
  • Call and follow up with prospective clients
  • Prioritize and Execute on daily task lists to ensure that each day we are making Gains!

Chain of Command:

  • This position will report to the CEO and Owner
  • This position will also, from time to time, ride along with the Operations teams in order to better understand the services that we provide. During these ride alongs, the Rep will report to the Operations Manager or Crew Chief of the respective division for that day

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 2-3 Years Outside/Inside Sales Experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Comfortability with CRM’s and Technology
