Our services range from cleaning out a garage, hauling away construction debris and tearing down old sheds. Responsibilities: The Driver & Remover has many responsibilities, namely getting the team to the job site and home safely. Additionally, they are responsible for providing the front line service. Additional duties are included below:

  • Arrive to work on time and in uniform
  • Complete Truck Checkout Card and Equipment Inventory Checklist
  • Complete Station Cleaning Details
  • Complete Roll Call & Before Leaving the Shop Checklist
  • Deliver Donations and Recyclables
  • Complete On the Job & End of Day Checklist
  • Put truck back in service for the next duty day
  • Additional duties assigned by Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Participate a Background Check
  • Participate in Pre-Hire and Ongoing Drug Screening
  • In good physical condition and capable of lifting 90lbs while walking 50ft

 Compensation Package:

  • Minimum Hourly Pay: $16.00 -18/hr, DOE
  • Veteran Hiring Bonus: $300

1st 12 Weeks of Training:

  • For Hire Endorsement complete within first 4 weeks
  • Sign off on Driver & Remover Manual within first 4 weeks
  • Complete and Pass Fire Dawgs History Quiz within first 4 weeks
  • Read Extreme Ownership and Pass Extreme Ownership Quiz within first 4 weeks
  • Crew Chief Manual Signed Off within 8 Weeks
  • Crew Chief Certified within 12 weeks
