Alex Seitz

President and COO

Brief Bio: Overseeing all day-to-day operations, Alex Seitz sets the company standard of “Excellence In All We Do!” After being one of the original FDJR team members, Alex stepped away to sharpen his skills and grow his career before returning to us in 2021 as the missing piece of the puzzle. Alex is a master of all trades and does everything from taking apart your biggest sheds, to estimates, and supporting our team in the office. Some of Alex’s favorite hobbies include working on his farm and spending quality time with family! Fun fact — Alex has a degree in musical education with a specialization in tuba!

Peyton Kimes

Director of Operations

Brief Bio: Peyton Kimes is the Director of Operations at Fire Dawgs Junk Removal, where he helps keep things running smoothly and efficiently across the company. Since joining the team in May 2020, Peyton has played a major role in building a strong, service-driven culture and supporting the company’s continued growth.

He earned his degree in Kinesiology from Marian University, but quickly found his stride in the fast-paced world of junk removal. When he’s not leading the charge at Fire Dawgs, you’ll likely find Peyton enjoying time with his family, casting a line on the water, out in the woods hunting, or cheering on his favorite teams

Brycen Spangler

Operations Manager – Fire Dawgs Central Indiana

Brief Bio: My name is Brycen Spangler and I am the Operations Manager of Fire Dawgs Central Indiana. After getting a Psychology/Business Management degree from the University of Southern Indiana, I joined Fire Dawgs in August of 2019 and haven’t looked back since. My passion for helping others and going the extra mile aligns perfectly with the principles and values of Fire Dawgs. When I am not hauling junk from peoples houses or tearing down a shed, I love spending time with my wife, our 1 year old golden retriever, and our son whose was born in January of 2025.

Collin Elliot

Field Manager

Brief Bio: Field Manager with Fire Dawgs Junk Removal, Previously spent 11 years in the Fire Service. I have been with FDJR a total of 6 years dating back to 2017. I have served in several positions within the company from entry level positions through Operations Manager and now Field Manager. Outside of work I enjoy spending as much time with my wife and our children as possible and anything outdoors.

Julian Miller

Business Development Representative

Brief Bio: Creating new pathways for Fire Dawgs, Julian is an essential member in helping us make an impact in our community. Joining the team in 2023, Julian has been an important asset to helping Fire Dawgs grow. Julian’s favorite part about Fire Dawgs being able to converse with new people everyday while assisting them with their junk removal needs. His favorite part about his job is it allows him to not only work in the community, but impact the many individuals who call Indianapolis home. Fun fact about Julian is that he worked in collegiate sports for over 5 years and coached high school girls basketball for 3 years. In his free time, Julian loves the outdoors and would fish every single day if he could!

Hank Daniel

Operational Support Specialist

Brief Bio: My name is Hank Daniel, and I proudly serve as the Operational Support Specialist at Fire Dawgs Junk Removal. I was born and raised on the Southside of Indiana, where I developed a strong sense of community and a love for hard work through years of playing basketball and baseball at Roncalli High School. That drive carried me to Marian University, where I pursued a degree in Exercise Science and deepened my passion for weightlifting, nutrition, and overall personal development. At Fire Dawgs, I take great pride in being part of a team that truly makes a difference—whether I’m handling challenging jobs here in Indianapolis or traveling to support our satellite locations as far as Columbus, Ohio. For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside this company, and I’m fully committed to its continued success. More than anything, I believe in leading by example and helping others unlock their potential as we push forward together.

Noah Melvin

Customer Service Manager

Brief Bio: Leading the way for our customer service team, Noah Melvin is at the forefront of making sure our customers get junk free! Joining Fire Dawgs in 2020, Noah continues to hone his craft in guaranteeing our customers satisfaction in their service. Noah enjoys engaging with customers over the phone and doing whatever it takes to make sure we can get them junk clutter-free! His favorite part about working at Fire Dawgs is continuously being pushed to grow into a greater leader. When he is outside of the office, Noah is an aspiring alpinist and rock climber.

Matthew Olson

IT / Customer Service Representative

Brief Bio: From serving our customers to being a tech wizard extraordinaire, Matthew Olson is the dependable rock that is always able to come up with a solution. Between creating a unique customer experience, solving IT problems, and helping to run the Firepenuers podcast — Matthew does it all! Outside of work, Matthew is an aspiring aviator and played multiple sports at the collegiate level.

Nick Smith

Admin Specialist

Brief Bio: With over 15 years of experience in customer service, Nick Smith knows how to keep his clients and customers happy. Joining us in 2016 and being the longest running employee next to our CEO and CMO, Nick understands our guiding principle of “Treat every customer the way you would want your family to be treated.” With an amazing track record of customer satisfaction, Nick leads our team in customer engagement — while also helping manage our internal employee affairs. Nick’s favorite part about servicing our customers is helping relieve them of their junk and creating a change in their life.

Jonathon Young

Operations Manager – Fort Wayne

Brief Bio: My name is Jonathan Young, and I’m the Operations Manager for our Fort Wayne location. I’m passionate about bringing my best to every workday and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the service we provide. In my three-plus years with Fire Dawgs, I was honored to receive the 2023 Tough Dawg of the Year award, along with several Tough Dawg of the Month recognitions. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with workouts and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Tony Salazar

Operations Manager – Houston

Brief Bio: My Name is Tony Salazar and I’m the Operation Manager for Fire Dawgs Houston. I’ve been with Fire Dawgs for about 3 Years and and love every minute of it. My experience here at Fire Dawgs is amazing and life changing, Fire dawgs has taught me many things and has helped me grow as a leader at work and at home. Outside of work I’m a Husband to my beautiful wife and a Father to my 4 remarkable kids and very passionate about my family and love to spend as much time as possible with them.

Mike Bunker

Operations Manager – Columbus

Brief Bio: My name is Mike Bunker and I have the privilege of being the Operations Manager of Fire Dawgs Columbus. Before coming to Fire Dawgs I proudly served in the United States Navy, where I learned how to lead, as well as how to build an effective team of individuals around me. I then started at Fire Dawgs in the beginning of 2024, and can honestly say I would not want to work anywhere else. A couple of the things I missed about the Navy were the structure and camaraderie within the workplace, and Fire Dawgs training structure and employee relations quickly filled both of those voids. Now, since becoming OM of Fire Dawgs Columbus, I have built a team of like-minded individuals that not only strive with structure, but are also all enjoyable to work with and be around. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 daughters, what we do during that time does not matter to me, as long as I’m doing it with them.

Dustin Diskey

Operations Manager – Pendleton

Brief Bio: I am Dustin Diskey, the Operations Manager at Fire Dawgs, and I have been with the fire Dawgs for three transformative years. My background includes extensive experience in leading teams at a cabinet factory, which has greatly enhanced my skills in operations and team management. This role has been life-changing, allowing me to contribute to our mission while fostering a positive work environment. In my free time, I enjoy gardening and woodworking, which reflect my passion for creativity and craftsmanship. I look forward to continuing to drive success within our team and organization.

Jordan Mcintosh

Operations Manager – Bloomington

Brief Bio: I am Jordan McIntosh, the Operations Manager at Fire Dawgs Bloomington, and I have been with the Fire Dawgs for three years. My background includes 8 years in the United States Army as a welder and machinist and the Laborers Union, which has greatly enhanced my skills in operations and team management. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our daughter, doing anything outdoors, hunting and fishing. I look forward to watching the company grow and taking care of every customer we have.

Shawn Antill

Director of Business Development

Bio: After running the former Junk N More for several years, Shawn Antill joined the Fire Dawgs family and quickly became the bridge connecting Fire Dawgs with residential and commercial clients across Ohio and the greater Midwest. Since joining Fire Dawgs in 2023, Shawn has played a key role in expanding our footprint in Columbus and Cincinnati by building strong relationships within these communities.

Through his work, Shawn focuses on creating meaningful connections by serving as a solution to ongoing challenges faced by our customers. Most importantly, he takes pride in removing stressful items from their plate and delivering dependable service they can trust.

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys staying active as an avid golfer and hiker, always looking for the next challenge both on and off the course.

Chris Chisolm

Director Of Marketing

Bio: By merging his former business, 4 Alarm Junk Removal, with Fire Dawgs Junk Removal, Chris Chisolm helped expand the company into Texas. With years of experience in the junk removal industry, Chris brings valuable insight to our marketing team.

Chris also brings a strong service background to Fire Dawgs. He served four years in the United States Air Force. He then spent ten years working as a firefighter. Today, he focuses on leading team members and managing operations. His favorite part of the job is leading by example and showing that hard work creates opportunity.

Chris is a husband and a father of five children. He enjoys spending time with his family whenever possible. Outside of work and family life, he enjoys hunting, real estate, and great food.
