However, if you need a service done and aren’t able to be home to greet the team, you got do what you got to do! But is it required to be present during our junk removal service in your home? Do I Need to be Present for the Junk Removal Service?

The answer to this question is relatively simple, but does come with some stipulations. For starters, No, you don’t need to be present at the time of your scheduled junk removal service. That being said, it always makes the process easier when customers are able to be present to discuss price, load size, etc…

What Benefits Does Being Present Offer?

Being present during your service offers many benefits. After arriving in our two hour arrival window, we assess the scope of the work. Based on the load size, we give the customer a firm, free and no obligation quote prior to performing the work. At that time, the customer can decide whether or not they want to have us perform the work for the quoted price or not. After performing the service, we provide our customers with a walkthrough of area to make sure they are satisfied. Then we collect payment and shake hands and move on our way to the next appointment. Now that you know what to expect with our services, what changes when you’re not there?

What Changes When You’re Not Present?

When customers aren’t present, we follow a strict set of guidelines. First, we need to establish an acceptable price range to perform the service after getting a detailed description of the items needing removed. Depending on the scope of work, we may also need pictures. Customers need to be comfortable with the top and bottom of the price range. As we won’t fully be able to determine the size of your service until we’re on site!

But what happens if I’m is unavailable? If the customer isn’t available via phone, then we will need arranged payment terms prior to your service. It’s important for customers to be as accurate as possible when portraying the load size. If they aren’t accessible on the day of the appointment and the load size is much larger than what was described, the price range may change. Our team won’t perform the work until we have approval.
