Today, we have a little “year in review.” Last week, we had our end of the year company party. Per usual, we also had a “State of the Company” and a little bowling action. You could say we’re bowlers. We also had our 2019 Fire Dawgs Awards. So, without further ado, here is a recap on those awards!

Tough Dawg Of the Month for December 2019- Austin Davis
Rookie of the Year- Brycen Spangler
Manager of the Year- Nate Wilkerson
Tough Dawg of the Year- Caleb McCoy
Most Valuable Dawg- Andrew Mountcastle
We are very proud of each one of these guys. Each and every one truly earned his award and the reward that goes with it! And we are so thankful for our team of amazing people here at Fire Dawgs. We have a lot to be thankful for and proud of, and we are looking forward to all the big plans we have ready for 2020. Most importantly, we look forward to serving our amazing customers in the coming year!

Here’s a little bit about “Tough Dawg of the Month.”
Fire Dawgs Junk Removal’s “Tough Dawg of the Month” is awarded to the Dawg that best demonstrated grit, toughness, character and professionalism when servicing our customers for each given month! For his hard work, the Tough Dawgs receives a much deserved Paid Day Off and a Gift Card. This team member will also be eligible for the “Tough Dawg of the Year” bonus and award.
