How to Get Rid of Christmas Boxes in Indianapolis
My family and I like to watch National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation at some point on Christmas Eve. My wife and I always like the scene where Chevy Chase is watching an old reel film of a past Christmas (right before the attic door drops out from under him). The song, “That Spirit of Christmas” by Ray Charles is playing in the scene and I can’t get it out of my head! That’s not a bad thing, it’s a good song. So, when sitting down in front of my computer to write a blog about who to call if you need to get rid of Christmas boxes in Indianapolis, I thought I’d just have a little fun with the words…
Christmas is the time of year
Boxes come from the one’s we love
Producing so much cardboard and trash
What an overwhelming feelin’
Watching the boxes pile up
little kids havin so much fun
Okay, I’ll stop now. I don’t know about your household, but at ours, the little kids have as much fun with the boxes as they do with the toys! They love ripping through the paper, slamming the boxes around and forget there is an actual toy inside. After enough time has passed and parents have spent enough time prevent there kids from tripping on all the cardboard boxes, it’s time to start packing up this year’s haul. Only, after the presents, clothes and/or toys are moved away, there is still a mountain of wrapping paper and cardboard that remains. If it’s in good shape, you may stow it away for next year’s Christmas.
