Earth Day Around Indy in 2019

At Fire Dawgs, we are all about Earth Day. So, we've found some ways around the Indianapolis area to help you celebrate!

• Z'Green Fest Celebration-  Zionsville Christian Church 120 N. 9th Street., Zionsville IN

Ways to Celebrate Earth Day 2019 on Your Own!

• Visit a local park, and pick up trash. Make sure you wear gloves for protection!
• Plant some veggies or native plants! Also, many garden centers clearance spring bulbs the day after Easter (today). So, check that out as well!
• Pull weeds and other Invasive Plants 
• Plant some seeds!
• If you don't already have one, start a household recycling program.

The events and ideas listed above are just a few Ways to Celebrate Earth Day 2019! Note that some of the events are for this upcoming weekend. So, there is still plenty of time to make plans to go! Also, don't forget that Arbor Day is 4/26 (this Friday). You can head downtown on Saturday to get a free tree to plant on Monument Circle. Or, many garden centers will be running specials on trees this weekend as well. Be sure to check with your local nursery! Finally, we hope that you will join us in Celebrating Earth Day 2019.
