Tear Out and Demo Crew
I got my start in business buying and fixing up old distressed properties in Terre Haute, Indiana near the Indiana State University campus. Since the properties I bought were often in need of extensive renovation and rehab, I performed a lot of tear out and demo. Some of my projects were larger than others and required a tear out and demo crew. Always first in line before the other tradesmen and craftsman could get to work, the tear out and demo crew needed to be in and out quickly so that I could keep my construction timeline intact.
I learned early on in my real estate career the importance of having reputable sub-contractors. The lack of a credible and reliable tear out and demo crew always frustrated me but ultimately led to my setting out to start a junk removal business. I knew that if you applied professionalism, standards and infrastructure to an otherwise dirty industry where the expectations for customer service were low, that you could put together an awesome business model. Not only do we seek out to exceed what customer’s expect from a tear out and demo crew, but we also created a work environment where employees enjoy working meaning that we are able to employ reputable, screened and uniformed employees that customers can trust in and around their home.
Even though we started as a junk removal company focusing on removing household clutter and debris from our customer’s property, we have since added the tear out and demo services many contractors need. Today, we are a highly reviewed tear out and demo crew with over 400 A+ and 5 Star reviews on a variety of outlets. We prep the job site so no dirt or debris gets into unwanted areas during construction and are able to haul away all the debris so the next trades can get to work doing what they do best. In a world where speed is so important, we are the set up guys that can get your project started off right! Call 317-291-DAWG or email email@example.com for more information.
