What does Fire Dawgs do with junk? It's a great question! At Fire Dawgs Junk Removal, we recycle, donate or responsibly dispose of all the items we haul away. Some examples of items we frequently recycle are televisions (and other e-waste), appliances, any metal, cardboard and much more! Furthermore, we donate as many usable items as we can to local charities. We also have a facility on site where we save furniture and other household items for local fire department to use in live fire training. Recycling  

We take recycling very seriously at Fire Dawgs, and so do our customers! We know that our customers want to keep as much out of landfills as possible, and we do just that! In addition to e-waste and appliances, we recycle a lot of organic matter as well! You might even call it up cycling, as we take tree limbs and brush to a facility to be made into mulch and other gardening products!

Donating 

Our goal is to recycle or donate at least 60% of the items that we haul away for our customers. We take donations to various local charities. Here are some of the charities we donate to.   As a firefighter owned junk removal company, we have a unique opportunity to donate to local fire departments. We do this through our Live Fire Donations program. Our team saves back household items, including furniture, for local fire departments to use in their training. We also donate regularly to Habitat for Humanity, and we were featured recently as ReStore's donor of the week!

Disposal 

Unfortunately, not all items can be recycles or donating. We do have to take some unwanted to the landfill. However, you can rest assured that the team at Fire Dawgs makes sure items are disposed of properly.
